RoboCopy GUI is a tool with which you can automate the copying of files between different directories.

Its interface is really intuitive and it is a program that does not require installation. Select the source and destination directory and RoboCopy GUI will do the rest. By default this program copies all files and folders into the selected directory but you can easily modify it in its options.

This program does not create any kind of record with the copies made so it can not be tracked, although if you prefer you can see the result of the copies on the screen of the console and from there do what you want with those records: print, save ...
